PPTS offers customized long-distance training in convenient book-form for distances ranging from 5K to Full or Ultra Marathon.
By providing the client with more training tools than just a training schedule, the client performs well enough to meet his/her goal, whatever that goal may be. Included in the manual are endurance tests (to be performed before and after goal has been met). Training schedule, nutrition guide, flexibility exercise, “pre-hab” exercise, resistance training exercise and race day tips. Our running coaches provide weekly check-ins via email or phone to ensure that the client is on track for success.
